Physical Education is a valuable addition to any child’s schedule. Physical activity boosts confidence, motivation, and self esteem. It enhances a child’s ability to concentrate, maintain focus and can improve their physical and mental wellbeing. This helps children to manage stress and increases academic attainment.
Our enthusiastic PE teachers work with children from primary age to GCSE and A Level, and teach students of a range of abilities. Over the years, we have trained junior athletes, inspired children to take up new sports, and played a role in supporting children to overcome mental health challenges. For GCSE and A Level students, we deliver academically rigorous lessons on anatomy and physiology, sport psychology, and fitness and wellbeing. Our students develop excellent subject knowledge and hone their exam technique.
Our goal is to get more young people active and involved in sports – we have seen the benefits it brings! Our PE teachers hold UK teaching qualifications and experience coaching their specialist sports. The sports specialisms of our PE team includes athletics, football, rugby, cricket, tennis, basketball, martial arts, yoga, and golf.
