Teaching With The Golden Circle

The Golden Circle was founded in 2017 and is a network of 300 exceptional educators. We work with families in London, Manchester, Bristol, Oxford, Cambridge, and in other parts of the world through residential placements.

Our teachers have strong academic backgrounds. They all hold undergraduate degrees from Oxbridge or other leading universities, a UK teaching qualification and a minimum of two years of classroom experience. The majority of our teachers qualified through the prestigious teacher training programme, Teach First. At interview, our teachers demonstrate a passion for teaching and experience of delivering engaging and inspiring lessons. We also evaluate them against the following competencies: effective communication, empathy, understanding and motivation, organisation, leadership and self-evaluation.

Improving educational outcomes for students from disadvantaged backgrounds is part of our mission. We have established partnerships with charities to support under-privileged communities, and make an annual donation.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All appointments are conditional on successful pre-employment and DBS checks. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
